It's because instead of eBay taking the refund out of processing payment
they take it directly out of your bank account and then continue to
process the payments so you do get the money back you're just out
whatever it is for 24 to 96 hours it's supe...
Because of the way mp is set up I will not accept any cancellation even
if it's 2 seconds after the buyer pays I would rather the person do a
return.... It's definitely not the way I would prefer to handle things

I honestly didn't know about the holds as a seller until I investigated
on my own what the holdup was and there's no way I'm going to contact
the buyer and be like hey you have to accept that return lol especially
when it was a fraudulent return anyw...
It's the slowest processing company I've ever seen I left for a little
