additional shipping fees charged after 90+ days

Has anyone else been charge shipping fees on a sale that was over 90 + days old? I have been charged shipping fees for an item I sold in July2020, it is NOVEMBER 2020! How can I be getting charged again! I can't find any way to dispute this.
