It is a new email for a pickup he has paid for and I could not reply to his message this morning. I did use the work around by contacting him through his profile page

I sold an item and have another and in the drop down there was no option for a SCO, however, when I clicked on the item and bid history there was an option to send a SCO to the 2nd highest bidder. Hope that helps
