I just created a new listing and loaded the photos the same way I have
for 12 years and they all show up black. I even loaded a photo that
worked 3 days ago and it showed up all black. Is this a new feature? LOL

Apparently this is for numerous zip codes in Texas, i was able to print
when selected other state addresses. Ive tried 3 zips in Texas so far
and all the same failures.
By looking at the invoice they paid. Then when i went to purchase
shipping label it would have my weight and have my box dimension and it
would show the correct S&H charge. Already did this with 3 CSR's don't
care to do it again. before you say it ye...
When on Ebay it shows the S&H is to be $13.00 but they invoice the
customer $65.00 for S&h and the customer pays. In past you could call in
to get fee refund for the $52 you refunded the customer. Now it requires
3 managers OK and that doesn't happen...
4 years ago when you called in 85% of the time you got someone from
India. Last 3 years you get 100% of the time a clear English speaking
CSR. My source is I call in about 15 times a year.
By calling and them either telling me or I can tell by the fact they
actually know what I'm telling them or describing to them without having
to explain how Ebay works in a 20 minute teaching session.
