On July 11 took advantage of the 15% off. It showed the 15% off, but
checked my PayPal and was charged full price and also my end of June
Ebay bucks says I used them, but PayPal still shows I was charged full
price. Time lag or was I lied to?
Seller offered a partial refund, the first was refused and the second,
through Ebay email was acceptable. The seller has stopped communicating
with me on how to proceeed.
