Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S25 and cant get the cha-ching sound on ebay.

I can get it for ALL notifications but I only want it for eBay, not every time I get a text!

Where do I enter zip code when selling?

I list things all the time. THis time it said Enter a valid zip code. THere is no where to do that. I only see Country and City, State.
