eBay app issues, can't view sold or for sale items, no sold emails

I'm unable to view my items for sale and sold items on the app. I also am not getting emails when my items sell anymore. I sold 4 items last week and did not receive an email so I had no idea the items sold. Any thoughts how to fix this?
