Buyer bought 2 items. One is already paid for. Trying to give a discount
on the second item as I am going to combine shipping cost. Sent a new
invoice with a discount, but Ebay is still asking buyer for full amount.
What am I doing wrong!!??
Buyer provided incorrect address. Item was shipped over 1 week ago.
Buyer just informed me of error. I told buyer I would forward if package
was returned. What else should I do??
