I posted a question a few minutes ago as to why I suddenly can't send a
buyer in China the invoice even though I've sold to him successfully
previously. Here is exactly what pops up with I click on "send invoice."

Why does Ebay say it can't send an invoice for an international
shipment. I've sold hundreds of items to overseas buyers and do not
understand what has happened today to a sale. I've sold to the person
previously, too, with no problem!
