How do I access previous messages between buyer and seller (that's me).
I cannot locate the messages. Do they just disappear after the seller
answers them? There is another piece of information I need to give to an
inquiry.
I need to cancel an order so I can change it to free shipping. How do I
cancel it? I spoke with an agent and it sounded fairly easy, but the
listing did not cancel the order.
