I would like to know how to file a formal complaint against ebay. I
received an email stating that they "automatically" enrolled me in their
International shipping. Ebay should not be allowed to make changes to
our ebay accounts without our approval....
Yes, it could have been handled a lot better than just receiving an
email stating they made the change to our accounts. We should have at
least been given some kind of notification before they changed or added
to our accounts!
