eBay

I recently sold an item and it says awaiting payment but the money is pending in my paypal. Is it alright to ship or should I wait. It has been 4 days and it is still saying awaiting payment, payment was initiated and is being processed through PayPa...

So I refunded my customer since there was some kepcaps missing for a keyboard and It arrived today but it is broken? I can't plug in the usb into the keyboard. What should I do?
