The item I bought was sent in the wrong size, I’ve returned item using
Royal Mail signed for service, they have received it but now they won’t
refund and are ignoring my messages. What do I do next?
I’ve bought an item, was sent the wrong size, I’ve returned the item by
recorded delivery, now my messages are being ignored and won’t refund.
what do I do now. There’s no where to report the seller.
