Having same problem. I have 2 galaxy a10e's. One barcode scanner works.
Other one does not and that phone is updated. Assuming this is related
to a Samsung update, but is there any way to fix it?
It did start happening right after the app update but it gives an error
on my laptop as well. The mobile site just reloads home page when
pressing the messages button
