What do you do when Ebay changes the date of the original listing and you can't locate your item?

buyer did not change address

My buyer paid for the item then informed me she didn't change her address with Ebay. I told her to contact Ebay to make the change because her old address in on the shipping label. I don't think I can change her address for her, can I?
