So I see it states that you're protected if you use eBay international shipping... What if you don't? Delivery dates don't get extended? Do they expect the non-ebay shipping sellers to ship an alternate way internationally? Is there an alternate way ...

Yes it might be a pain to file but there's also good reasons to file as far as "writing stuff off"... The state will help you in regards to costs...

I only file in "my state" and that's how its always been... It's people from out of state that have to conform to the sellers state laws as far as I know... I do get sick of reading all the "changes" so I could be wrong...

You're absolutely correct... Stuff like that needs to be monitored and dealt with... I'm paying international fees for people who registed a "foreign" address but shipping is in the US... I personaly think it's genius for those that get away with it ...

Yes but then I get charged from ebay for tax and then when I ship and yes it is subtracted from total sale. Ebay should only take the tax if they are actually shipping the item. To charge tax for a service that you are not actually doing is stealing;...
