I am having the same issue, but when I edit the "Ship to" address. It is
giving that error regardless of which address I used (tried addresses I
ship to in the past) and does it when trying to ship FedEx or UPS. Seems
like eBay is no longer allowing ...
This is doing it for me on all browsers on my mac (Safari, chrome,
firefox). Workaround works "dsc" solves it... Been broken for 2
days..... Please fix it.
