Have had to make a new password once,it’s asking I do it again?

Since I have downloaded new IOS update on the 16th of July 2020 I have noticed on EBay that my password continues to be erased or removed?I also have not been able to purchase two items I have tried to purchase...Is this happening to anyone else?
