Im waiting to hear back from the sales tax office .. I do not believe it is legal to charge a fee on sales tax i never collected .. Ebay collects the tax and charges the seller a fee for money the seller never collected .. Paypal never charged fee's ...

They also do not let you pay for fee's with your credit card anymore that may have cash back.. i foresee a class action coming 1 day
