I returned an item to a seller who says he won't give me back my money
until he gets the package but the postal service said he has received
the package
So when I signed up for an account it was on my dad's phone all he got a
new phone and somehow he lost everything on his phone now I have no way
to sign in what should I do I got things listed on eBay for sale
