eBay has been charging me for shipping labels, and also supposedly, the buyer as well.

I have just caught on that my payouts are way low, and the reason is, that eBay is charging me for the shipping label, even though all of my listings are set for the buyer to pay for the shipping. This is horrible and I am so far, unable to get anyon...

Apparently after 20 plus years with 100% positive feedback, I am not allowed to sell on eBay anymore

I cannot add any sort of credit card or banking data to my account, and when I try to explain, or call, they just hang up and I cannot speak to anyone to get help.
