I was told by eBay that gift cards can no longer be used for purchases
on auctions and buy it now. It doesn’t say that on the gift card or on
the website. But the new checkout doesn’t take it. I am sure this is
illegal.
EBays return policy is not fair to sellers. beware when listing items
that the buyer can keep the item and eBay will refund their money even
if you do not accept returns.
I have no problem with those restrictions they are on the web site. They
now say they cannot be used for auctions and buy it now. Since the new
checkout you can only list a charge or debit card. So the gift cards I
now are worthless.
