I try to search for a specific player sports card and nothing relevant pops up

My purchase history on my mobile device is limited to only 3 days back. This is a recent error. Anyone know why or how to fix this issue?

If I sold an item that remains waiting for payment. I reached out to the buyer and they say their funds get put on hold until he does a review. They are fairly new to eBay. Should I mail this item? Or is it a scam?
