I had a buyer generate a return saying that the items arrived damaged.
Then they mailed back to an address in my zip code an empty envelope,
but not to me. Then eBay considered the item delivered even though it
was never mailed to me. The buyer paid ...
I already opened a case with the Post Office and they had me come down
and gave me a printout of the intranet tracking information which I
uploaded to eBay. This is originally what eBay asked me for and they
still closed the case in favor of the buye...
No the customer went ahead and mailed 2oz at his cost with tracking
media mail total cost $2.80, value of the items he kept $220.00. I’d say
he made out pretty well.
I wonder if we could start a class action law suit for this situation
where the seller gets ripped off from the buyer through some sort of
