Anyone seriously think law enforcement will do something about such a
small purchase. 100% they will point to civil litigation -- small claims
court. Fat chance seeing money.
A similar thing happened to me when I sold a "vintage" Technics
turntable. The buyer claimed the tonearm was broken because it swung up.
I explained you have to turn the counter-weight wheel at the other end
to achieve the desired weight on the needl...
