So I can't leave any feedback as a buyer or a seller no matter how I try. It just sits and thinks and then spits out a red error "We ran into a problem. Please refresh the page and try again." Is this just me??

I'm selling for my boss, and every listing is making the buyer pay sales tax. We are in NH and I have tried everything to figure out how to stop it. I have my own eBay account and have never had a buyer have to pay sales tax buying from NH. I'm hopin...
