I got another Underpaid adjustment thing saying it cost $6.34 and it’s also saying Charge failed. What should I do?

I sent a package to USPS. After the package that I sold was delivered to the buyer I got this message from eBay about a shipping label update and there was an underpayment thing that was $2.11. But I need to know if I should pay it.What can I do?!
