UPS told eBay my 4lb package weighed 12 lbs. eBay gave UPS $9.76 for
extra weight charge. I have the receipt showing it weighed 4 lbs. It was
weighed at the UPS store. I want my money back in my account.
I would like shipping charges to my credit card instead of PayPal. Can
I, and how? I'm trying to avoid extra fees. I removed PayPal from my
payment options but looks like that only applied to my product
purchases.
It had nothing to do with the package size. I had two items ship, one
for 8 lbs, one for 4 lbs. A total of 12 pounds. Someone at UPS saw a 12
pound total, and thought it was for one box. At least that's what I
