Had a seller jerk me around for months and when I asked for a refund he became very unprofessional. I opened an unrecieved case and Ebay came back with I won't get a refund. So now I am out $125 and won't get the item. How is this possible?

I posted my first item for sale but if I do a search my item won't come up. How can I expect someone to buy it of they can't see it?
