I have read and re-read the payments terms of use for managed payments
and still cannot understand why anyone would want to sign up for this.
What am I missing?
I keep getting a little flag on my Shopping Cart (upper right corner of
My Ebay page). But I do not have anything in the cart. Have tried to
clear it, but it keeps showing up. Anyone else experiencing this? How do
I remove it?
