Still won't render properly on any browser. .com s fine, but .ca is garbled. what is wrong already it's annoying

Why is it so messed up? It does not render properly, while .com is fine. I have tried 3 different browsers, and every one the .ca website is a garbled mess. Any solutions apart from using .com all the time, which does not show in CAD?
