Why does EBay international shipping take so long to process and send it out to the customer?

Every time I try to ship an item and purchase through eBay it says “invalid state”. clues anyone?

Every time I try to ship an item and purchase postage through eBay it says “invalid state”. clues anyone? I’ve tried at least 25 times and each time it says that for usps. Very frustrating.

I keep getting offers for more than the buy now price on an electronic item. Seems like a sure scam. Any Info? They want to contact me outside of eBay for payment etc. It took a bit on one of those occasions to relist the item. Besides refusing said ...
