Horrendous UPS Shipping Adjustment

Add me to the list of horrendous UPS Adjustment. I rounded off measurement of 27 inches and UPS says its 28 inches. From original cost of $23 to $66.53. Impossible to prove. Will Never use UPS through Ebay Again
