I've been on eBay for over 20 years. Lately, my listings are showing 0 views...for 24-48 hrs at a time. Does anyone know what is happening?

buyer wanted to pick up item, which I'm okay with , marked item as shpd, but don't have a trackng #

If you allow someone to pick up something they paid for, then you mark it as shipped...but dn't have a tracking number, will the shipping be counted as late?
