So I called back and got a different rep and they were able to fix it so
that it would show up. My suggestion is if you call and the person you
speak to can't help you call back and speak to someone else.
This happened to me today. The item that sold is showing up as unsold. I
had customer service call me and the guy I got said it was a glitch and
there was nothing they could do about it. Then he told me I could relist
it with a buy it now and contact...
