Tried with a different browser (Microsoft Edge), exactly the same. The
login verification on PayPal popup keeps on spinning. But I got an
idea.I disabled my Ad Blocker (uBlock Origin) and... have successfully
paid with PayPal.So try disabling your Ad...
Same for me. Over 9 hours and I can't conclude a payment. Wrote to
PayPal but still no reply. I use Firefox (latest), so its not a problem
just with Chrome.
