Yeah this new policy is stupid. It encourages buyers to not follow
through on obligations without much of any negative impact on them.
Wastes sellers time accepting offers like this too. Another dumb move
from eBay.
Because eBay does whatever it wants to do to line their coffers. Plus
the rules regarding when they can charge you the PL fee are ridiculous.
eBay has not been a decent platformfor sellers in years. Back in
2000-2010 maybe.
