anyone else having a problem, I was told my ebay there's a tech suport problem and it will be 48hrs to fix

I have sports cards auctions that sell for .50 and Ebay is now charging a .30 transaction fee under managed payments plus their normal fees. Under PayPal I had micro payments how can they say that manage payment option is better and will save money
