when making an offer i expected to get a exception notice instead e bay
just took the money from my account, no communication of asking how i
wanted to pay for . no asking about shipping. when this **bleep** start?
ebay credit is a scam and although they use the name ebay , ebay wont do
a thing about it, they must be getting a kick back. seams that ebay is
going down the tubes.
