Everytime I try to counteroffer an offer on a listing a message appears:
"There is an issue processing your request." Does someone else have this
problem or is it only me?
I only use Ebay. I am the seller and I ship worldwide, this error
occured about a month ago and since then I can't counteroffer when a
buyer has made an offer. Before that there has been no problems with
counter offerings
