I ordered an item on Nov 9 and it has been ‘stuck’ at the same place
ever since. USPS tracking shows package being handled by a ‘Shipping
Partner: BFE CORPORATION LIMITED’ in Jamaica, NY. and has not moved.Any
advice?
i need to return an item that was delivered and is defective . .but the
return item process is halted after submitting pictures and will not
proceed further. the "confirm return" button is greyed out and will not
work.this is an extremely frustrating...
Resolved.After spending a good deal of time getting nowhere chatting
with an automated bot, I was able to get in touch with a rep on the
phone who emailed me a return label .Thank you all for replies.
