I ordered an item on Nov 9 and it has been ‘stuck’ at the same place ever since. USPS tracking shows package being handled by a ‘Shipping Partner: BFE CORPORATION LIMITED’ in Jamaica, NY. and has not moved.Any advice?
i need to return an item that was delivered and is defective . .but the return item process is halted after submitting pictures and will not proceed further. the "confirm return" button is greyed out and will not work.this is an extremely frustrating...
