'Your bid is winning' emails, annoying and WRONG

Does anyone know how to turn off 'your bid is winning' emails? They are super annoying. Also... when I place a bid and am NOT the high bidder... ebay sends that email anyway... though my bid was never winning. That is also super annoying. Any ideas?
