In messages seller clearly admitted to sending only part of order. I
clicked item not recieve in despute and seller just gave them tracking
inf. for partial order, ebay closed case. I can not find any links to
appeal for this item. Very fustrated.
Update, I called USPS and they said package was delivered to a mailbox
in Leesport, PA I am in Ocala, FL. Package is very large and heavy 48"X
24" and weighs 42 lbs. no way it would fit in a mailbox. What can I do
if eBay closes case because it's mar...
