the dispute is that I have not received anything from the seller and he
continues to tell me that the items are correct, however it is not true,
nothing has arrived in Italy and everything is a scam
the seller stole both the money and the item telling me that he would
refund me I would like to send him a negative feedback on this item how
can I do? or need help from ebay.and horrible to get steal off by these
people
