What does, "that should be go with a shipping charge" mean; (it is not
very clear)?Who says that it should, and was that information conveyed
in writing somewhere?
I have the same question, but eBay's contractor for its Global Shipping
Program (GSP), apparently lost track of the item, for 20 days. I don't
see how shipping delays, after the seller delivers an item to the GSP
service provider, have much to do abo...
Also, consider what your buyers or potential buyers see; other buyers
may not know the seller, and only see hidden identities of competing
bidders. When other bidders see that the high bid was cancelled or
retracted, they might wonder about the valid...
