Scratched up convergence lens.

During the shipping of my laser the convergence lens got scratched up now my laser dot looks like **bleep**!! I just want the lens replaced and now the seller won't respond back!! What do I do???

I purchased an item that is to far away and I didn't realize it! It's over 1800 mile away!
