bulk select local pick up option on all my items / scam

I have 250-ish items for sale. Is there a way I can bulk edit all of them to unmark local pick up? Or would I have to revise them all individually? I'm currently in the middle of some "buy then cancel scam" and its target towards local pick up option...

I have not sold anything since they switched over from Pay Pal.. Question... if one of my items sells, do I get the money like it was before, right away in my PayPal account or do I have to provide a tracking number, wait amount of days, or jump thro...

I have 300 listings in my ebay store, I would like to change all the handling times on all my ads to 15-days.... Is there a way to do that in one action so I'm not going through 300 individual adds?
