I opted out of notifications in my eBay settings and it does no good they keep on sending me relisted items we thought you were interested la di da di da and bombarding my email with them. Why can't the things work like they're supposed to

Purchased on Dec 6th 2016 and still there is no tracking info available, why have tracking enabled if it doesn't work or is not there?
