Be aware if you are selling one item &,getting from the buyer a different stuff in order to do a refund, eBay always will be on buyer's side. They protecting scams. It happened for us 2 times. Very sad that seller's protection not exist, it's everyth...

We are seller with eBay more then 10 years, and never had so poor customer service till now. Seller protection is "0". eBay covers the buyers if they are not right too, keeping bad reviews for years. Good reviews disappears month to month except bad....
