yeah but by offering free returns your giving a wide open door for
customers to start returning at an alarming rate you think we have
issues with item not as described i feel if i put up free returns the
problems will be 4-5 times worse
they said that just to appease you for the moment nothing is going to
change ebay is just a joke now and thats why they are losing in the
space of online sales i have even started selling on mercari for less
fees and you dont have to compete prices
i recently had a customer buy a very exspensive pack of cards then said
item not as described and then shipped to an adress that didnt exist and
when it finally said delivered back to his owen adress they refunded the
buyer this is ridiculous ebay is...
